Stationary system for machining dismounted wheelsets of wagons and locomotives. Designed individually for each wheelset type. Can be adapted for both motorized and non-motorized wheelsets. In the case of motorized wheelsets, full disassembly is not required for machining.

About the Lathe
The system is designed for specific wheelset types. Various wheelset rotation systems can be used for non-motorized wheelsets. In the case of motorized wheelsets, the system is designed so that full disassembly and removal of the traction motor are not required, significantly reducing maintenance time. A more cost-effective solution for machining dismounted wheelsets.
